How to Remove / Disable / Turn Off System Restore on Windows XP

Disabling system restore will speed up your computer significantly, most people think that system restore will backup their data, which is wrong, it will only restore program states and files such as *.exe, *.dlls, registry settings, etc…

The quickest way to disable system restore is to press [Windows]+[Break]:

Then click on the System Restore tab and click on Turn Off System Restore.
If you are careful you should never need to use System Restore, or if you really want just turn on system restore when you are installing your applications, or turn it off only after a while after you have installed something new.

Women tips and trickMerawat tubuh merupakan salah satu cara mensyukuri karunia ALLAH. Di antaranya dengan menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan tubuh. Bukankah kebersihan adalah sebagian dari iman? Dengan kebersihan dan kesehatan yang terjaga, tentu akan menunjang aktivitas dakwah kita. Tips-tips merawt tubuh bagi muslimah:

1. Bersihkan wajah secara teratur setiap pagi dan malam hari.
Gunakan pembersih sesuai dengan jenis kulit. Pakailah toner untuk mengangkat sisa kotoran sekaligus mengembalikan kesegaran kulit.
Pilihlah sabun muka dengan PH balance dan sesuaikan dengan jenis kulit.
Seminggu sekali, gunakan scrub dan masker wajah sesuai dengan jenis kulit untuk menghaluskan dan melembutkan kulit wajah.

2. Saat tidak ada non muhrim dirumah, bukalah jilbab. berilah kebebasan pada rambut untuk bernapas. Biarkan tergerai tanpa ikatan.
Rajinlah keramas dengan shampoo yang cocok dengan jenis rambut.
Gunakan hair tonic untuk mencegah kerontokan rambut.
Hindari mengikat rambut terlalu kencang karena dapat merusak rambut.

3. Bersihkan tubuh minimal dua kali sehari, pagi dan sore.
Pilihlah sabun mandi yang sesuai dengan jenis kulit.
Seminggu sekali, gunakan lulur mandi untuk melembabkan kulit sekaligus mengangkat sel kulit mati (tapi wangi lulurnya jangan diganti yach, pake yang biasa aja yach yang… hehehehe).

4. Biasakan mengoleskan hand body lotion setiap hari, terutama sebelum tidur, setelah mandi atau setelah kontak dengan produk berbahan kimia berkonsentrasi tinggi. Oleskan saat kulit masih dalam keadaan lembab.

Pakailah obat kumur jika perlu.
Pergilah ke dokter gigi enam bulan sekali.

6. Sayangilah mata anda dengan mengistirahatkan sesaat ketika lelah menghadap komputer, membaca buku (aamin) atau menonton televisi (tuh kan, senyum2 deh kalo dah denger TV).
Kompreslah dengan air dingin untuk meredakan ketegangan otot mata agar tidak kering dan iritasi.

7. Kenakan sepatu yang ukurannya pas untuk menghindari kapalan. Gantilah kaos kaki setiap hari agar tidak menimbulkan bau.
Jangan lupa memotong kuku kaki seminggu sekali dan gunakan sikat kaki (jangan waktu nyuci sikatnya) untuk meluruhkan sel kulit mati setiap kali mandi.

8. Gantilah jilbab sehari sekali.
Maksimal penggunaan jilbab sebanyak dua kali. jika dipakai seharian penuh untuk beraktivitas sebaiknya diganti.
Jangan memakai jilbab yang menyerap panas matahari di siang hari, seperti warna hitam/gelap.
Jangan memakai jilbab di saat rambut masih basah dan usahakan tidak mengenakan jilbab dengan lapisan yang terlalu tebal.

9. Lakukanlah olahraga minimal 3 kali seminggu untuk menjaga kesehatan, seperti jogging, jalan kaki, lompat tali, berenang, bersepeda, dll. Dengan olahraga, tubuh lebih bugar, pikiran segar dan terhindar dari stress (aamin).

10. Makanlah makanan yang menyehatkan.
Makanan yang sehat dapat membuat badan sehat dan mencerahkan wajah. Selain itu, kita pun akan lebih produktif dan berenergi.
Hindari junk food!!!
Yang paling penting, jangan ga sarapan pagi!!! karena walaupun sedikit, tapi sarapan pagi itu sangat penting dan besar pengaruhnya bagi kesehatan tubuh.

11. Jangan melupakan kecantikan dan kesehatan hati.
Jagalah kesucian dengan menjaga wudhu, memperbanyak shalat malam dan berdoa.

Ok deh, udah dulu ahhh… kalo kebanyakan, ntar ga ada yang bisa diterapkan!!!
