Simple way How to Post blog via E-Mail for WordPress CMS
Post via email or Email to Blog is the best way for posting your blog without login to WordPress Admin page. You able to posting your blog anytime and anywhere you are, just send your posting to your email, then activation of posting by accessing WP-MAIL.PHP file on WordPress CMS.
Here the simple way to posting your blog via email:
Basic information for this tutorial
Wordpress Installation Directory : http://zall.us/wpdirectory
Mail Account : posting@zall.us
Password : tutorials
Mail Server : pop.zall.us
POP3 Port : 110
STARTED
1. Create a New E-mail Account
- Go to your hosting control panel to create a New Email Account. For example:
Login : posting@zall.us
Password: tutorials
Port: (check with your web hosting provider or enter 110 for default POP3 port)
Mail Server : (Check with your web hosting provider. Example mail.zall.us)
- Do not use public, free e-mail servers like Yahoo, Hotmail, GMail, Plasa.com, Telkom.net, etc.
2. Configure WordPress to access your new account
- Login to WordPress Admin area (example http://zall.us/wpdirectory/wp-admin)
- Go to Administration > Settings > Writing > Post via e-mail section (for old version of WordPress)
Settings > Writing > Post via e-mail (for the latest WordPress version)
- Enter your email account information
Mail Server : pop.zall.us
Login Name : posting@zall.us
Password : tutorials
- Select Default Mail Category for posting
- Save Changes
3. Publish Your Email Posts
- Manual Publish Activation via Web Browser
- Go to http://zall.us/wpdirectory/wp-mail.php
For the first time posting activation, may be you will see the message below:
There doesn’t seem to be any new mail.
Don’t worry, that mean you are has been successfull and working!
Try to write a post
Login to Your MailBox (not the new email. Example Your email iam@zall.us)
Send an email to posting@zall.us

Suject: Test posting blog via email
Message:
I just test posting my blog via email.
Email to Blog
Ok, Its working well!

Go to Publish Activation URL: http://zall.us/wpdirectory/wp-mail.php
If the progress successful, You will see message below:

Author: 1
Posted title: Test posting blog via email
Mission complete, message 1 deleted.

- Automatic Publish Activation via Web Browser
- Add the following IFRAME code to the footer of your blog:

Add the IFRAME code above to the footer.php of your blog file (actually the file name is footer.php) for whatever theme you are using (NOTE: Don’t include it within HTML paragraph).
